My kiddos, hubby, and I have been on a smoothie kick, so it was perfect timing when Blenditup smoothie mix and soup spices showed up on my door step! I must confess, I had never heard of Blenditup before, but now I am a fan.

This smoothie recipe featuring Blenditup products is loved by kiddos.

1 cup water
2 handfuls of spinach (about 2-4 cups)
1 leaf of kale
1/2 banana
1″ slice of pineapple
1 cup of grapes
1 cup of ice
1 tbsp Apple Nectar
1 scoop of Protein+
Add all ingredients in order listed. Blend on high speed for 30-60 seconds or until desired consistency.

I have a friend who is about to undergo stomach surgery. From what I understand these smoothies are the best type of things needed in her recovery. Plus, I want to try them as well. As for the spices…well I have the steak waiting to put on the grill, just missing something to spice it up! Thank you so much for the chance!!!

The Video that I saw is: Make The Perfect Vitamix Nut Butter
I learned how to make nut butter. Add Apple Nector, and you can add stevia also. I learned to keep your container dry, because water and oil do not mix.

This blenditup.com Berry Protein Plus mix sounds the best, and the Apple Nectar sweetner too. I would use the protein mix to enhance my smoothies and the nectar for sweetening tea, dressings, and cooking.

I would like to win Blenditup because I want to go on a vegan smoothie
diet where I replace one meal a day with an organic smoothie for weight loss and overall health. The Apple nectar sounds great for sweetening food and drinks. The spices would be great because I hate bland food.
