Whether you will be tailgaiting at MetLife Stadium or grilling in your backyard, I hope you get a chance to try Gator Ron's. They make my favorite Made In the USA sauces and they are made not far from me in Maryland.  With the Super Bowl only a few days away, it's time to start stocking up for this weekends eating festivities!

Here are a few recipes that will help give you the energy to cheer until the last whistle is blown.  For more recipe ideas from Gator Ron's, make sure to visit their recipes page!

Buffalo Chicken Dip:

Ingredients: 2 (10 ounce) cans chunk chicken (drained), 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese (softened), 1 cup of your favorite ranch or blue cheese dressing, 3/4 cup Gator Ron's wing sauce, 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, and a bag of your favorite dippin' chips!

Directions:  Heat the chicken and hot sauce in a pan over medium heat until it is heated through. Then, stir in the cream cheese and ranch or blue cheese dressing. Cook the mixture until it is well blended and steaming. Mix in half of the shredded cheese, and transfer the mixture to a either a 9×9 baking dish or a small slow cooker. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top, cover, and cook on 350 degrees (or the low setting in a crock pot) until hot and bubbly.

Grilled BBQ Chicken Wings:

Ingredients: Olive oil, dry rub/seasoning (use your favorite), Gator Ron’s wing or BBQ sauce (use your favorite flavor), bone-in chicken wings (the more the merrier!)

Directions: Set up your grill for indirect heating.  While the coals are heating up, give the chicken wings a light drizzle of olive oil and then season liberally with the dry rub.  Once the grill has heated up to around 425 degrees throw on the wings. Keep moving the wings around every ten minutes or so to make sure that they don’t burn.  Once they meat starts to pull away from the joints (usually after about 45 minutes) pull the wings off the grill and toss them in Gator Ron’s wing or BBQ sauce!

Make sure you pick up some Gator Ron's to make your Super Bowl Sunday a success! I made a video to show my #USAlove:
