Seven American Made Handbags We Love

I love Merci-Fortune’s classic styles and attention to detail and craftsmanship. Luxury is in the details with American made Merci-Fortune bags. These leather gems are made in small quantities in New York‘s fashion district from Horween leather.  Gold toned hardware is used for the zipper, shoulder strap rings, and feet for added protection for your bag.  It is no wonder customers give the brand five stars for these handbags.

Carol S Miller Handbag Company has been designing and handcrafting bags for the past 25 years.  The Medium Double Handled Trapeze Bag is a lightweight leather bag that easily fits over the shoulder. It has a spacious, brightly lined interior with a large zippered pocket and two slip pockets. The bag comes in buttery soft black, taupe, and silver metallic.

Baggu is known for simple, high-quality bags that are built to last and help to minimize the need for throwaway totes. Supple, grained leather shapes a back-to-basics tote that features straps just the right length to comfortably carry over one shoulder.

Paige Hamilton vegan handbags are made of stain- and waterproof-proof nylon. I love the functionality and simplicity of Paige’s namesake collection. I was lucky enough to get to meet Paige and see the production of her purses at a factory in Burbank, California.  After seeing the purses in person, you can see that there’s great level of craftsmanship that goes into the making of these purses. I love the olivia bag in eggplant, shown below.

The Cinda b collection has me completely in love. I’m crazy about the bright, eye catching patterns and the durable nylon fabric that makes these handbags perfect for everyday use. Once you buy a few pieces from the collection, you’ll soon be wanting all the corresponding pieces! All of Cinda b’s non-leather items are made in USA at the company’s factory in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

  1. There was a purse in your gift shop in Mishawaka, In. It was like those huge bags with the girls faces and it looked like a New York style fancy purse it was $45.00 dollars and I should of bought it when I saw it. But, I didn’t! I would love to purchase one if you could find me one. It was like a long over the shoulder purse. I tried to get the lady at the gift shop to help me. But, she was not much on customer service.
