Luggage Made in the USA
My mom still owns a beautiful set of luggage from the 1970s that carries the Made in USA stamp. The set features a hard shell large and medium-size suitcase along with a train case-style toiletry case, all blue-grey and matching in color. The combination snaps make everything secure.
That luggage brand is still in business, but they no longer make their products in the USA.
I, on the other hand, purchased a single piece of brightly-colored luggage just a couple of years ago and sent it to the garbage facility last week because it had fallen apart. Sadly, my attempt to save money ended up costing me more because I now have to replace that single suitcase.
This time, I’m buying luggage that’s made in America, where I know it’s made with the best materials in a quality-controlled environment.
American-made luggage choices vary, from traditional suitcases and carry-ons to duffel bags, weekend bags, backpacks, and messenger bags. If you like what you see in the company's USA-made luggage, be sure also to check out their other USA-made items on their respective websites, too.
