American made makeup is featured all around our site and spotted easily when shopping, except eyeliner. Made in USA eyeliner is the hardest beauty product to find. Not quite sure what the big deal is with the overseas eyeliner manufacturing but I would love to find out. I have asked around but found little answers. However I have found a great eyeliner to feature here.
