Howard Miller calls itself the longest running clock company in America. Founded in 1926, the Howard Miller Company still manufactures clocks in Zeeland, Michigan. Mostly known for its floor clocks, or Grandfather clocks, the Howard Miller Company also makes some of its key wound and quartz movement wall clocks in the USA. Their website makes it easy to know which designs are made in America; the ones that are carry a “Made in USA” logo in their description.
Kit Cat clock has been made in America since 1932! Kit Cat clock was originally made in Portland Oregon by the Allied Clock Company. In the 1960's Allied Clock renamed itself the California Clock Company after moving to Southern California. Kit Cat clock is recognized today as an icon of the 1950's.
