We own 19 maytag/whirlpool as storage for beef products in our small farming operation. We recently purchased 3 freezers from maytag. Upon delivery we discovered they are now made in Italy. The construction is cheap…interior and exterior walls are very thin and the lid is near impossible to open when not full.
What does “made in “mean? Kind of a loose interpretation that allows people to be slippery. Assembled in is a good start but that’s only a small part of the manufacturing process. You have GE listed for USA washing machines. I looked and their was one model available.
